Subprocessors
Effective September 30, 2026 Operated by Frontier Global Technologies, Inc.
Frontier Global Technologies, Inc. ("FGT") uses the service providers below to run Alto Inspect. Each one processes personal data only on our instructions, under a contract with data-protection obligations equivalent to ours. For Customer Data they act as our subprocessors under our Data Processing Addendum. Our Privacy Policy explains the data we handle.
Current subprocessors
DigitalOcean, LLC
- Service: cloud infrastructure.
- Purpose: hosting our servers, database and stored files.
- Data involved: all data stored in Alto Inspect, including account data and Customer Data (properties, inspections, photos, signatures, tenant details and reports).
- Location: the United States or another region where our servers are hosted.
Cloudflare, Inc.
- Service: content delivery network, TLS and security.
- Purpose: delivering altoinspect.com and its API, encrypting traffic and protecting the service against attacks and abuse.
- Data involved: data in transit between users and our servers, including IP addresses and request details.
- Location: Cloudflare's global network.
browserless.io, Inc. (Browserless)
- Service: hosted browser for rendering documents.
- Purpose: turning inspection reports into PDF files. Browserless opens the report page for the time needed to render it.
- Data involved: the content of the report being rendered, including photos, names, signatures, comments and property addresses.
- Location: the United States.
Not yet in use
- Email delivery: no third-party email delivery provider is in use yet. We will add it to this list before it starts processing personal data.
- Payments: no payment provider is in use yet. We will add it to this list before card payments start.
Changes to this list
We will update this page, and its effective date, whenever the list changes. For Customers, we will also give notice by email at least 15 days before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Data. A Customer that objects on reasonable data-protection grounds may tell us at [email protected]; if we cannot address the objection, the Customer may terminate the affected service without penalty, as set out in our Terms of Service.
